Good quality although some sharp details of the print can peel off. But I'm happy.
My experience with TeeOne as a business owner has been great so far. It's rare to find another business who excels from both a customer service perspective as well as their actual product. I am delighted with my sweatshirt, and I'm so grateful to the lovely employee who helped me over the phone when I had questions about my order. Thank you, I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I approved my order on 30 August. According to the website, dispatch should happen within 2 days of approval, but my order was only handed over to the courier on Monday, 9 September. That means it took more than a week to dispatch instead of the promised 2 days.
I was quite disappointed with the delay, as the main reason I chose this company was the stated quick turnaround. That said, I have now received my order and the product quality seems good. I hope the company can improve its dispatch reliability in the future, because that would make the overall experience much better.

I am sorry you weren't happy with the delivery service.
Your order was placed in the evening on Tuesday after our cut off time and was therefore processed on the Wednesday.
We aim to dispatch all personalised items in three business days which would have been Monday 4th.
Unfortunately we missed that due to issues with our mail collection so it didn't leave until the following day on the 5th.
I know it seems like a long time but with the evening order and the weekend it was 4 days from order to dispatch, even with the day delay that was beyond our control.
Once again I am sorry for the delay in transit and hope you are still happy with the items you received.
